Welcome home to a palace fit for a princess! "Be our guest, be our guest and put our service to the test!" You are sure to enjoy returning to a comfortable retreat where you can unwind and relax after a long day visiting Mickey Mouse and his friends.
Your little princesses will enjoy their Disney-themed Princess bedrooms and your boy racers will love their Disney-themed Cars bedroom. The adults have not been forgotten either. We have gone all out in renewing all the bedroom linens including sumptuous 1,200 thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets for the main and secondary Master Bedrooms. The second Master Bedroom also features a Daisy Fuentes designer ensemble as well. All mattresses are above average in quality and will allow a dream filled night of well-deserved rest. In fact, the main MBR features a Sealy Posture-Pedic pillow-top mattress set.
Speaking of rest, rest assured that the luxurious master bedrooms will make you feel like you are in the lap of luxury when you sleep between these silky smooth 1,200 thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets. Another nice feature is the huge walk-in closet in the main master bedroom and the 52" ceiling fan for gentle circulation of the warm Florida breezes. Both master bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom complete with private shower.
The second master bedroom also has a crib stored in the corner. This heavy duty movable unit has an upgraded Sealy mattress and mattress pad as well as Princess sheets for your infant to enjoy. We have not forgotten the children either. Your little princesses can choose between our two Disney Princess-themed bedrooms. For your junior racers we have a Disney Cars-themed bedroom.
We are also pleased to announce that we have added brand new wall mounted Magnavox 24" combination TV-DVD-VCR units to all 5 bedrooms except the main MBR which features a Sharp Aquos 37" LCD/Blu-Ray DVD player combination TV. This way everyone in your family can enjoy their favorite program or movie. Front AV inputs allow for video game hookups. More recently we added a 52" Vizio LCD HDTV and we upgraded to Digital Cable. The picture is so beautiful you will not want to leave the couch!
Another nice upgrade was the addition of a game room. We added a pool table, a ping pong table, a foosball table, and an air hockey table. Now you can enjoy any or all of these amenities while staying at the Princess Palace. You will be pleased to know that we had high-speed Internet service installed recently as well. You can use that connection wirelessly or with the provided Ethernet cable.
We also just added free long distance phone calling to anywhere in the U.S., Canada, or Puerto Rico.
Additional no-charge options include 2 portable playpens, a high chair, and 2 baby strollers. We also just purchased a Graco running stroller so that you can enjoy your daily exercise with child in tow. Also included is a special Graco car seat that can be adapted to the running stroller or used alone in the car.
There are extra towels to use poolside around the heated swimming pool. A large capacity washer & dryer are there for your free use too. The kitchen in our beautiful Disney Princess Palace is equipped with all the comforts of home including a small table with 4 chairs, a dishwasher, a garbage disposer, a microwave, an electric range, and a large capacity refrigerator-freezer with ice maker. All the kitchen amenities that you will need are also there including a coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, a full set of pots & pans, cooking utensils, flatware, glassware, etc. There is also a dining room table with 6 chairs to accommodate larger groups.
Finally, the 15 foot X 30 foot heated swimming pool is inviting and sure to please the entire family. Please note that pool heating is an extra $150/week plus tax during the cold season. All pool access doors are alarmed as a safety precaution for your children.

Owners note: Due to the sluggish economy we have decided to lower our weekly "Low Season" rates to a very reasonable family-friendly price of only $99/night which we call our VACATIONERS STIMULUS PRICING PACKAGE. These rates will be in effect for all of 2010. Please note that our normal low-season rate is $119.00/night. All rates are plus pool heating when applicable at $150/week. The exit cleaning fee is $80 for all stays less than 7 nights. State and local taxes are 11% of the total. We suggest that you book as early as possible to insure your desired dates.
